Our Story — Quilon Catch

Bringing the rich culinary heritage and traditional sun-drying practices of Quilon's legendary fishing harbours straight to your modern kitchen with pure coastal warmth.

Our Quilon Story

For generations, the coastal town of Quilon (Kollam) has perfected the art of preserving seafood through natural sun-drying and traditional sea-salt curing techniques. At Quilon Coast, we bridge historic maritime traditions with modern hygienic standards, bringing authentic pristine seafood straight from local processing harbours to your kitchen table with uncompromising quality.

The Harbours

Our Process

Our seafood is sourced daily from the bustling fishing harbors of Quilon. Local fishermen harvest fresh anchovies, prawns, and mackerel at dawn, which are immediately brought to our hygienic seaside facilities for careful cleaning and natural curing under the tropical sun.

We preserve traditional coastal methods while maintaining modern food safety standards. Every catch is washed thoroughly, salted with natural sea salt, and sun-dried on elevated hygienic racks. Finally, our dry fish is vacuum-sealed to lock in full flavor, rich aroma, and peak freshness without artificial preservatives.

Our Artisans

Behind every vacuum-sealed pack stands a devoted team of master coastal processors who blend traditional knowledge with strict hygiene standards to bring you pure, authentic coastal flavor.
